New to hooping? This workshop is for you! This is an intro level hula hoop class that will inspire novice flow artists to pick up the hoop and experienced hoopers to review the basics. What will be taught:

  • Warm up (stretch it out!)
  • Finding your hoop
  • Foot foundation + understanding personal current 
  • What is a point of contact?
  • Spin it round’ the waist 
  • Bunny hop 
  • Turning with the hoop (now we're groovin’) 
  • Shoulder Flow
  • Knee Flow
